- Board meetings must be open to all members
- Notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance (posted in a conspicuous place)
- Members have the right to speak at meetings
- The board can only go into executive session for limited purposes (legal advice, personnel, specific owner violations)
- Meeting minutes must be maintained and made available
