Creditor is represented by counsel, Emily Cooper who is present for counsel, Mark W. Waldron.
Defendant/Judgment Debtor, Rose Molina, is present on her own behalf.

IT IS ORDERED that the non-exempt earnings of the Judgment Debtor, Rose Molina,
withheld by the Garnishee after Service of the Writ of Garnishment shall be transferred to the
Judgment Creditor in an amount not to exceed 15% of the Judgment Debtor’s disposable earnings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any non-exempt earnings withheld in excess of 15%
shall be refunded to the Judgment Debtor.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the garnishment is a continuing lien against the non-exempt
earnings of the Judgment Debtor and subject to the 15% limitation set forth above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Counsel for the Judgment Creditor shall lodge a proposed
form of Order for Continuing Lien for the Court’s review and signature.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED overruling the Judgment Debtor’s objection regarding the
validity of the judgment at issue. This Court cannot overturn a facially-valid judgment from
Justice Court.
