It has come to the Court’s attention that, due to clerical error, copies of an executed Order
granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Confirmation of Reasonableness of Fees Awarded Pursuant to
Judgment on Stipulation purportedly signed by the Court on July 1, 2013 was sent to the parties.
This Court did not sign the Order, but rather the Court set a hearing on Plaintiff’s request.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED vacating the Order signed July 1, 2013 granting
Plaintiff’s Motion for Confirmation of Reasonableness of Fees Awarded Pursuant to Judgment
on Stipulation.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a Hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion for Confirmation of
Reasonableness of Fees Awarded Pursuant to Judgment on Stipulation on July 31, 2013 at 10:30

Plaintiff stipulates to waive $135.00 in attorney fees.
IT IS ORDERED Plaintiff is limited to recovery of attorney’s fees equal to 20 (twenty)
minutes of court time. Plaintiff is limited to recovery of attorney’s fees for 30 (thirty) minutes of
travel time.
