Judgment Creditor for TJ2012-008752 is represented by counsel, Javier Delgado. Judgment

Based on the testimony presented, counsels have no objection to reducing the
garnishment to the statutory minimum. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the non-exempt earnings of the Judgment Debtor, Lewis Davis,
withheld by the Garnishee, Grand Canyon University, after Service of the Writ of Garnishment
shall be transferred to the Judgment Creditor in an amount not to exceed 15% of the Judgment
Debtor’s disposable earnings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any non-exempt earnings withheld in excess of 15%
shall be refunded to the Judgment Debtor.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the garnishment is a continuing lien against the non-exempt
earnings of the Judgment Debtor and subject to the 15% limitation set forth above.
A formal Order of Continuing Lien in TJ2010-010341, all in accordance with the above,
is signed by the Court on January 18, 2013 and filed (entered) by the clerk on January 18, 2013.
A formal modified Order of Continuing Lien in TJ2012-008752, all in accordance with
the above, is signed by the Court on January 18, 2013 and filed (entered) by the clerk on January
18, 2013.
