The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff’s Motion to Transfer Case to Maricopa County Tax
Court.
Good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED granting the transfer and/or reclassification, all in accordance with the
formal written Order signed by the Court on December 30, 2009 and filed (entered) by the Clerk
on January 11, 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED transferring this matter to the Arizona Tax Court for all
further proceedings. The new tax number will be assigned by the tax court clerk and the parties
will be notified of the new number by a separate minute entry.

CHANGE ST TO TX CASE
Pursuant to this matter being transferred to the Arizona Tax Court,
IT IS ORDERED as follows:
(1) The complaint will be dismissed on March 26, 2010 unless, in the meantime, the
taxpayer pays to the Superior Court Clerk the difference between the filing fee for a small claims
tax case and the filing fee for a regular tax case.
(2) The taxpayer should present the additional filing fee with a copy of this minute entry
to the Clerk of the Superior Court within the time period above mentioned. Upon presentation of
the additional fee, the Clerk of the Court is instructed to assign a record tax case number with the
same numerical prefix as is the current case.
(3) The file room is then to transfer all of the documents from the old case number,
ST2009-001285 to the tax case number to be assigned upon payment of the additional fee. The

documents transferred from ST2009-001285 should be the earliest documents filed in the new
TX-numbered file.
(4) If the taxpayer is represented by a non-lawyer representative, and wishes to reopen
this case as a regular tax case, he will need to either represent himself or be represented by a
lawyer. If the taxpayer chooses to represent himself, he will be held to the same standards and
duties as an attorney admitted to the practice of law in the State of Arizona.
