Before the Court is the Defendant Sunland Springs Village Homeowners Association’s
March 25, 2026 Motion to Dismiss Special Action Complaint.
On the Court’s own motion,
IT IS ORDERED setting Oral Argument on June 26, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. (time allotted:
90 minutes – to be held in conjunction with the Oral Argument on Plaintiff’s March 22,
2025 Motion for Judgment On The Case Filings set on the same date and time) in this

Oral argument shall be limited to ninety minutes with the time divided equally between
the sides.
