ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Tanglewood
Association on July 2, 2025. No response has been filed and the time for filing a response has
expired.
Based upon the facts established in the Motion and the supporting statement of facts, IT IS
ORDERED granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment.
IT IS ORDERED Plaintiff shall lodge a proposed form of judgment (with a Notice of Lodging)
before September 19, 2025.
IT IS ORDERED resetting the dismissal date to September 19, 2025. After that date this matter
will be dismissed without further notice unless prior to that date a proposed form of judgment is
lodged, a stipulation and order of dismissal is filed, or a motion to set aside the judgment is filed.
IT IS ORDERED vacating the dismissal date set in the August 13, 2025 order because the Motion
for Summary Judgment has been ruled upon.
