The Court received the Request for Preliminary and Permanent Injunctions on August 29,
2024 and later entered an order for a Stipulated Preliminary Injunction on September 25, 2024.
Plaintiff has not requested the Court take further action on the request for a permanent injunction.
It appears that the parties anticipate following a normal course of litigation with the next step being
a joint report and scheduling order. If that is not the case, the parties need to file a notice with the
Court.
IT IS ORDERED a joint report and scheduling order must be filed no later than October
14, 2024.
