June 4, 2024. Counsel for Plaintiff asserts that Counsel for Defendant, Amy Popham has not
provided written responses to the drafts of the Joint Report and [proposed] Scheduling Order.

The Court notes that a Notice of Appearance was filed on June 11, 2024, adding Philip G.
May, Justin DePaul and Danika Marzillier as counsel for Defendants.
Mr. Slavin states that he and new counsel for Defendants, Philip May have conferred and
will file their Joint Report and [proposed] Scheduling Order soon.
IT IS ORDERED the parties shall file their Joint Report and [proposed] Scheduling
Order by not later than June 24, 2024.
Mr. Slavin states that the parties jointly moved the Court to continue the case on the
Dismissal Calendar in order to allow Defendant’s counsel to have more time to meet with her
client. Judge Agne granted the parties’ request on May 30, 2024 to extend the matter until June
11, 2024.
Mr. Slavin requests that the Court extend the matter on the Dismissal Calendar through
June 28, 2024.
IT IS ORDERED granting Mr. Slavin’s request to extend this matter on the Dismissal
Calendar through June 28, 2024. This matter will be dismissed without further notice unless prior
to that date a proper Judgment is entered or filed, a Stipulation for Dismissal is presented, or a
Joint Report is filed.
Mr. May states that counsel, Amy Popham will be filing a Motion to Withdraw as
counsel soon.
