The Court has received the proposed form of Judgment submitted in this matter.
The Judgment states “there exists no just cause or reason for delay,” which is language
from Rule 54 (b) of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, but the Order does seek Rule 54 (b)
certification and instead also includes verbiage from Rule 54 (c). The Judgment cannot be both a
Rule 54 (b) judgment and a Rule 54 (c judgment.1

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED rejecting and taking no action on the proposed form
of Judgment.
