The Court has reviewed Plaintiff’s January 27, 2026 Motion for Reconsideration and
Leave to Amend Complaint. Plaintiff continues to raise issues regarding his untimely notice of
claim that could have been raised previously, and are now barred by the doctrine of res judicata.
Plaintiff has not shown good cause for the court to reconsider its ruling.
