MINUTE ENTRY

The Court has received and reviewed Plaintiff’s Notice of Change of Judge as a Matter of
Right, filed October 19, 2020 (“Plaintiff's Notice”). Pursuant to Arizona Supreme Court
Administrative Order 2020-143, dated August 26, 2020, the operation of Rule 42.1, Ariz. R. Civ.
P., and other rules providing for changes of judges as a matter of right are suspended until
December 31, 2020, “to reduce the risk of virus exposure inherent in out-of-county judges’ travel,
and to ensure adequate judicial resources for backlog reduction.”

Therefore, good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED taking no further action on Plaintiff’s Notice, as it is made non-operative
by an existing Order of the Arizona Supreme Court.
