Pursuant to the Maricopa County eFiling Guidelines, section 2.09, attorneys shall
electronically file all the documents required to request a default judgment, such as the Application
for Entry of Default, Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, Sum Certain Affidavit, and
Application for Attorneys’ Fees when appropriate and Statement of Costs, but shall submit a
default judgment packet required by the Court, including the documents identified on the default
judgment packet coversheet in paper to the assigned commissioner’s division. A commissioner
will not act upon a Motion for Entry of Default Judgment until the default judgment packet with
all the required documents has been received by the division in paper form.

On the Court’s own motion, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, limited court resources, and
this matter not being categorized as an essential hearing pursuant to Maricopa County Superior
Court Administrative Order No. 200-055,

IT IS ORDERED vacating the default hearing set in this division on April 8, 2020.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a telephonic default hearing in this division on
April 22, 2020 at 9:45 a.m.

The Court will use the division’s bridge line to initiate the call. Counsel for Plaintiff, or
any party who wishes to attend the proceeding, should contact the division’s judicial assistant,
preferably by email at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the
hearing to receive the participation code, unless that party already has the code.
