IT IS ORDERED setting telephonic Oral Argument re: Excess Proceeds on May 22,
2020 at 2:00 p.m. (30 minutes allotted) in this Division, Southeast Court Facility, 222 E.
Javelina Avenue, Courtroom 303, Mesa, Arizona 85210.

In response to the COVID-19 virus, the Court is limiting the amount of people in the
courthouse. With that being said, Commissioner Lynch’s division is allowing the Oral
Argument to be telephonic. Please call the division on May 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at: 602-506-
9695 and you will be prompted to enter a code which is 586498. Please call the division 5
minutes before your hearing.
