THE COURT FINDS that Defendant, Dorothy A. Schulte, is in contempt for having failed
to comply with the Court’s previous orders, therefor,
IT IS ORDERED sanctioning Defendant in the amount of $1,000.00 to be payable to the
Clerk of the Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED awarding counsel for Plaintiff its attorney’s fees and costs
