IT IS ORDERED setting an in-person Status Conference regarding the Pre-Trial
Conference Rule 16 Comprehensive Hearing on January 30, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. (time allotted:
15 minutes) in this division. This Status Conference shall be vacated if the case is resolved
amongst the parties, followed by Plaintiff’s counsel filing a Stipulated Judgment to the Court.
