against Defendant The Newman Family Living Trust in the above-captioned case.
IT IS ORDERED that no action will be taken by this division on the above-referenced
document(s).
The parties are advised that commissioners handle Rule 55(b) Default Judgment
proceedings and that the default proceedings in this matter are to be heard by Commissioner
Abramson.
IT IS ORDERED that all documents necessary to support the entry of a default judgment

The Court has considered the June 12, 2018 Stipulation to Entry of Judgment and
Covenant Not to Execute. The Court is informed through staff that, at the Court's request, staff
contacted counsel on July 16 and 31, 2018, and asked that the parties submit a new proposed
order because many of the provisions are not appropriate for the Court's judgment. No amended
proposed order has been received. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED, denying the stipulation without prejudice to the parties filing a new
stipulation with an appropriate proposed order within 30 days. Failure to comply may result in
the Court dismissing all unresolved claims without further notice.
