MINUTE ENTRY

The Court has considered Plaintiff’s Motion for an Order Allowing Alternative Service
filed on March 15, 2018, and Motion for Extension of Time to Serve filed on April 4, 2018.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to demonstrate that the residential address at
which it seeks to effect service is in fact the residence of Defendant Paul Hankerson. Good
cause exists, however, to extend the time for service.

IT IS ORDERED denying without prejudice Plaintiff’s Motion for an Order Allowing
Alternative Service as to Defendant Hankerson.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED extending the deadline for service to May 31, 2018 as to
Defendant Hankerson.

The parties are advised that this calendar is being assumed by Judge James D. Smith
effective June 25, 2018. The address and telephone number for Judge Smith is set forth below
and applies to all matters being heard in court or telephonically on or after June 25, 2018:
