On October 27, 2017 (filed October 30, 2017), the Court denied Plaintiff Sonoran
Foothills Community Association’s Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Paul Casilio
due to questions about the principal balance going beyond the statute of limitations. Since then,
Plaintiff has filed a Supplemental Proof of Debt.
After reviewing Plaintiff’s Supplemental Proof of Debt, Plaintiff may file a new Motion
for Default Judgment. The last motion was denied without prejudice. Please submit a copy of
the Supplemental Proof of Debt in the default judgment packet.
All parties representing themselves must keep the Court updated with address changes.
