funds left over from sale” filed June 18, 2019. The Court notes a Notice of Deposit With the Court
was filed on April 12, 2019 reflecting an amount of $2,358.15. The Court also notes Plaintiff has
filed a Notice of Satisfaction of Judgment on May 2, 2019. It is unclear at this time whether
Plaintiff or Defendant Arizona Home Foreclosure Prevention Funding Corporation asserts any
further interest in the proceeds identified.
