The Court is in receipt of The Grands’ and Silverton II Homeowners Association, Inc.’s
(“Silverton”) proposed Stipulated Order for Release of Excess Proceeds of Sale.
IT IS ORDERED rejecting the proposed Order as premature. The Grands failed to
comply with A.R.S. § 33-812(G). There is no returned envelope or signed receipt attached to the
Affidavit of Mailing for mailing of the Application to the Maricopa County Treasurer. Upon
compliance with A.R.S. § 33-812(G) and (I), the Grands and Silverton may lodge a new Order
for Release of Excess Proceeds that comports with the Stipulated Order. The Court finds
Silverton complied with A.R.S. § 33-812(G).
