Jamie Crowell, having been sworn, testifies.

Counsel for Judgment Creditor states they will stipulate to a reduction to 15% of
Judgment Debtor’s earnings retroactive to the date the garnishment commenced.

Based on the information presented and pursuant to stipulation of Judgment Creditor,

The Court finds that the Defendant/Judgment Debtor would suffer an extreme economic
hardship with a garnishment at the rate of 25% of disposable earnings.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED reducing the garnishment from 25% to 15% of the
Judgment Debtor’s earnings retroactive to the date the garnishment commenced.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any non-exempt earnings withheld in excess of 15%
shall be refunded to the Judgment Debtor.

Counsel is directed to submit a form of order for the Court’s approval and signature
within 10 days of this date.

11:12 a.m. Matter concludes.

All parties representing themselves must keep the Court updated with address changes.
