In this Minute Entry Order, the summons, complaint, certificate of compulsory
arbitration, and this Minute Entry Order will be collectively referred to as the “service
documents”.
Pursuant to Plaintiff’s Motion for Alternative Method of Service,
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff may accomplish service on Defendant James Bland and
Defendant Debra Bland by separately doing all of the following with respect to each Defendant:
(1) mailing a separate copy of the service documents to each Defendant via first class
mail at 7832 East Heatherbrae Avenue, #A, Scottsdale, AZ 85251;
(2) mailing a separate copy of the service documents to each Defendant via certified
mail, return receipt requested at the same address; and
(3) posting a separate copy of the service documents for each Defendant in a conspicuous
place near the front door at the same address.

On October 13, 2014, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendant James
Bland has not responded to the motion. By failing to do so, Defendant James Bland has waived
any procedural or evidentiary arguments or objections that could have been made in response to
the motion. Johnson by Johnson v. Svidergol, 157 Ariz. 333, 335 (App. 1988).
Plaintiff has established entitlement to judgment as a matter of law against Defendant
James Bland. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED granting the above identified motion.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED placing this case on the Inactive Calendar until January
8, 2015. If a proposed form of judgment is not submitted by that date, this case will be dismissed
without further notice.
