The Court has reviewed and considered Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File First
Amended Complaint, Scottsdale Desert Inspections, L.L.C., and Tray and Belinda Raymond’s
Opposition to Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint and Plaintiff’s Reply in Support of
Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint.

Rule 15(a)(B) provides that “[l]eave to amend shall be freely given when justice
requires.” Ariz. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(B). Pursuant to Rule 15(a)(B) and for the reasons stated in
Plaintiff’s Motion and Reply, the court will grant Plaintiff leave to file the First Amended
Complaint.

IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File First Amended
Complaint.
