The Court has received and reviewed the parties’ Joint Report and Proposed Scheduling
Order, filed on May 1, 2015. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED approving and adopting the parties’ proposed deadlines as set forth in the
Scheduling Order signed by the Court on May 1, 2015, and filed (entered) by the Clerk on May 1,
2015.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a Telephonic Pretrial Conference on September
29, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. for the purpose of setting a firm trial date if the case has not settled. Time
allotted: 15 minutes.
The parties shall file a Joint Status Memorandum by September 22, 2015.
Counsel shall have their trial calendars available. Counsel for Plaintiff shall initiate the
conference call by first arranging the presence of all other counsel on the conference call and by
calling this division at: (602) 506-1245 promptly at the scheduled time. The call should be placed
from a land-line telephone in an area with no background noise as this will prevent the parties

from hearing the proceedings in chambers. The call may not be placed from a vehicle. Please
do not call from a cellular telephone.
