Having reviewed the Motion for Extension of Time for Service on Defendant Ronald
Partridge filed by Plaintiff Scottsdale Trails Association, and good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under Rule 4(i),
Ariz.R.Civ.P., the Court grants to the Association an extension of time for service of Defendant
Ronald Partridge, through and including May 28, 2014, or ninety (90) days from the date this
Order is signed, whichever occurs later, so that Plaintiff may continue its attempts to serve
process upon Defendant.
ALERT: The Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order 2011-140 directs the Clerk's
Office not to accept paper filings from attorneys in civil cases. Civil cases must still be initiated
on paper; however, subsequent documents must be eFiled through AZTurboCourt unless an
exception defined in the Administrative Order applies.
