IT IS ORDERED Applicant La Contessa Condominium Association shall submit a form
of judgment and application for attorney’s fees by 5:00 p.m. on January 27, 2014.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Applicant Bank of America, NA shall submit a form of
judgment and application for attorney’s fees by 5:00 p.m. on January 29, 2014.
Discussion is held regarding Applicant Judith Elaine Penrod filing her form of judgment.

IT IS ORDERED granting Applicant’s Application for Release of Excess Proceeds and
the Maricopa County Treasurer shall release the remaining excess proceeds in the amount of
$82,383.48 to Applicant Judith Elaine Penrod, upon presentation of this order, less a $30
processing fee payable to the Maricopa County Treasurer and a fully executed U.S. Treasury
Form W-9 to the Maricopa County Treasurer pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. 33- 812(g).
