IT IS FURTHER ORDERED no action will be taken by the assigned Commissioner until the necessary filed documents and coversheet discussed below are delivered to that Commissioner by the Plaintiff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED all documents necessary to support Plaintiff’s request for the entry of a default judgment shall, in addition, be e-filed.
