Defendant Larry Jarvis advises the Court that Defendant Dorothy Patterson will not be
present due to a medical condition. Defendant provides the Court with a letter from her
physicians.
Counsel advises the Court that Defendant has moved out of the residence. Counsel
requests an Evidentiary Hearing to make sure Defendant is in compliance and the issues are
resolved.
