Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Strike the original answer filed in Justice Court. The Court
file reflects that Defendant has not filed an Answer to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint nor
has he paid the Answer fee when the matter was transferred to Superior Court. Finally, he has
not responded to the Motion to Strike.
IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike.
