they are not licensed to practice law and therefore cannot represent Woodmar I V Association
Inc.
Mr. and Ms. Rubin respond and request additional time to seek counsel.

Based upon the matters presented,
IT IS ORDERED overruling the objection to garnishment, for the reasons stated on the
record.
Mr. Stein moves for attorney’s fees.
The Court directs counsel to file an application for attorney’s fees and to provide a copy
to the Defendant.
The Court shall consider the request upon receipt of an application for attorney’s fees and
response thereto.
