The Court makes the following procedural orders:
1. Each side will be allowed 30 minutes in which to present its case.

2. The parties may offer evidence by affidavit or declaration, as long as the
affidavits or declarations are exchanged not later than 10 days before the
hearing and the affiant or declarant is available for cross-examination either in
person or by telephone at the time of hearing.
3. Both parties will exchange all exhibits and a list of witnesses to be called
either in person or by affidavit or declaration not later than 10 days before
hearing.
4. Both sides are entitled to pursue a limited and reasonable amount of
discovery. In the event of a disagreement regarding what is a reasonable and
limited amount of discovery, counsel are directed to contact the Court by
telephone.
