3:40 p.m. This is the time set for Order to Show Cause Hearing. Brian Morgan is
present on behalf of the Plaintiffs. Kathryn Battock is present on behalf of the Defendants.
A record of the proceeding is made by CD and videotape in lieu of a court reporter.
The Court has been advised that the parties have reached an agreement. The Court is
provided with a form of Judgment.
IT IS ORDERED settling and approving the form of Judgment with the minor changes
to exclude attorney’s fees signed by the Court on February 9, 2006 and filed by the Clerk on
February 9, 2006.
The parties stipulate and agree that the deadline for response from Defendant will be
March 13, 2006. The parties stipulate and agree that the Court will lodge the Application for
Fees to March 20, 2006. If no timely response has been filed, the Court will grant the
application.
The Court has accepted the stipulation.

E-COURTROOM POLICIES
This is a JAVS courtroom. In the event a record is made, the Court will provide, upon
request, CDs and videotapes regardless of when the copies are made. A fee of $20.00 will apply
to all copies requested, either on the day of the hearing or for hearings recorded on an earlier
date. Forms to request a recording of the proceeding are available in the Self-Service Center and
in the JAVS courtrooms.
A person requesting a daily copy of CD or videotape must complete the appropriate
request form and pay the applicable fee to the Self-Service Center. Upon payment of the
appropriate fees through the Self-Service Center, a receipt will be issued which shall then be
presented to Court staff for preparation of the CD or videotape in the customary manner.
A person wanting a copy of a hearing from a previous occasion must contact Ken
Crenshaw at 602-506-7100.
Should a party wish to have a court reporter present for trial, a written request must be
received by the Court ten (10) court business days prior to the scheduled hearing.

On February 9, 2006, the Court signed a judgment in favor of Plaintiff. At that time, the
parties agreed that resolution of Plaintiff’s attorney fee claim would be deferred.
The Court has now reviewed Plaintiff’s “Application for Amount of Attorney Fees”,
along with the accompanying China Doll affidavit and the response and reply.
IT IS ORDERED awarding attorney fees to Plaintiff in the amount of $3,322.50.
If necessary, Plaintiff may submit a proposed judgment regarding this award.
