Plaintiff is represented by counsel, Joshua Bolen. No other parties are present.
Court Reporter, Cindy Lineburg, is present.
Discussion is held regarding whether or not the Defendant was effectively served with
the notice of this hearing by the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff avows service was effected. Plaintiff is
seeking an Injunction Order. The court finds the Plaintiff is entitled to injunctive relief,
however, the court is not inclined to sign the provided order at this time as it is not complete.
The court reserves judgment on any application for attorneys’ fees.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED the Plaintiff shall lodge a proposed injunction with specific provisions
in accordance with the relief requested.

Pursuant to Rule 7.1(b), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, the court deems the failure to
