On September 21, 2005, Plaintiff filed a “Motion for Alternative Method of Service”.
Rule 4.1(m) requires that reasonable efforts be undertaken to assure that actual notice of
commencement of an action is provided. Plaintiff reports that 4029 S. 44th Place, Phoenix,
Arizona, is Defendant’s last known address. It is quite possible that this is still Defendant’s
address; however, the Court has been unable to find a basis in the Motion upon which the Court
could reach such an independent conclusion. Under the circumstances,

IT IS ORDERED denying without prejudice Plaintiff’s Motion.
