The Court has considered Gulf Insurance Company’s Motion to Enforce Settlement
Agreement. No response has been received from James R. Oliver.
The Court finds that Gulf Insurance Company has established that it is entitled to an
order requiring Mr. Oliver to sign the Settlement Agreement.
IT IS ORDERED James Oliver shall sign the Settlement Agreement by May 30, 2006; if
he does not sign by that date, counsel for Gulf Insurance Company is authorized to sign on
behalf of Mr. Oliver.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Oliver shall pay $1000.00 by May 30, 2006.
The Court will enter an award of attorneys’ fees after submission of an affidavit and
application for attorneys’ fees.

PRETRIAL STATUS/SCHEDULING CONFERENCE SET

Defendants H&O Investment and James Oliver filed their Notice of Appeal from
Arbitration and Motion to Set for Trial on January 18, 2005. Due to a clerical oversight, this
division was unaware of this Motion until receiving a telephone call from counsel. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED setting a Telephonic Rule 16(b) Pretrial Status/Scheduling Conference for
August 31, 2005 at 8:45 a.m., before Judge Ruth Hilliard, Suite 4C, Fourth Floor, Central Court

SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE: Referring this matter to the Court's
Alternative Dispute Resolution Office for the appointment of a Judge Pro Tempore to conduct a
settlement conference. Counsel and/or the parties are instructed that ADR will not set the
settlement conference and therefore they should not contact the office of ADR. Counsel
and/or the parties will be notified by ADR by minute entry upon the appointment of a Judge Pro
Tempore and at that time should contact the appointed Judge Pro Tempore to arrange the time
and location for the settlement conference. The Judge Pro Tempore is requested to conduct a
settlement conference no later than December 15, 2005.
