NOTICE
This Division is participating in a pilot program to
streamline and eliminate minute entries. Minutes are posted on

Clerk
of
the
Superior
Court's
website
at
http://www.courtminutes.maricopa.gov.
Notices of hearings: This Division shall hold counsel
responsible for complying with Maricopa County Local Rule
3.2(d)(1). Counsel who desire oral argument on a motion shall
obtain a hearing date from the Judicial Assistant by including
moving counsel e-mail address in the upper left-hand corner of
the first page of the pleading requesting oral argument as well
as the standard other information. When the Judicial Assistant
sets the hearing, the court staff will notify moving counsel via
e-mail or telephone. PLEASE do not call the division, the
division will contact moving counsel with the hearing date.
Once a hearing date has been obtained, counsel obtaining the
date shall mail or deliver a Notice of Hearing to all other
counsel and parties representing themselves within the time
provided by the Rules.
Counsel shall follow the procedure set forth in Maricopa
County Local Rule 3.2(i)(2) by submitting a form of order, copies
for conforming and stamped envelopes addressed to all counsel and
self-represented persons with all motions. This Division shall
mail all orders to counsel in those envelopes.
Counsel are encouraged to furnish their e-mail addresses to
the judicial assistant and to place their e-mail address in the
identification block on page 1 of each pleading they file.
Counsel or parties representing themselves (pro se) may
enter into agreements with the Clerk of the Superior Court,
Maricopa County, authorizing the Clerk to send minute entries

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED find the Defendant Craig Thatcher in
