AZ HOA Attorney Community Forum — Community Guidelines This Forum exists to help Arizona homeowners share experiences, discuss HOA governance issues, and access information about HOA attorneys, law firms, and legal processes. To keep this a productive and safe space, all members must follow these guidelines. 1. Be RespectfulTreat other members with respect, even when you disagree. Personal attacks, name-calling, and harassment will not be tolerated. 2. Share TruthfullyWhen sharing your experiences, be honest and factual. Clearly distinguish between facts (what happened, documented evidence) and opinions (your interpretation or feelings). Using phrases like "In my experience..." or "I believe..." helps clarify your perspective. 3. No DefamationDo not make false statements of fact about individuals or organizations. You may share your genuine experiences and opinions, but knowingly posting false or misleading information is prohibited and may expose you to legal liability. 4. Protect PrivacyDo not post personal private information of any individual, including:
