application did not comply with A.R.S. § 33-812 particularly subpart G.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying the application filed by Household Realty
Corporation without prejudice. They may file a new application, or if Household Realty
Corporation finds that they do have a basis to assert that the mailing requirements in A.R.S. 33-
