The Court has received and reviewed Plaintiff’s Notice of Withdrawal of Plaintiff’s
Motion to Extend Deadline to file Joint Report and Proposed Scheduling Order, electronically
filed on January 16, 2015. A review of the record in this smatter indicates the Motion to Extend
Deadline was granted by the Court on January 16, 2015 and filed by the Clerk on January 22,
2015.
The Court has also received Plaintiff’s Request to Vacate Order of January 22, 2015 and
to Affirm Deadlines set in the 150-day Order. Good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED vacating, in its entirety, the January 16, 2015 Order extending the
deadlines for the parties to file their Rule 16 Joint Report and Proposed Scheduling Order to
January 16, 2015.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the deadline of April 13, 2015 by which the
parties shall submit a Joint Report and Proposed Joint Scheduling Order, as set forth in the 150-

Petition for Order to Show Cause filed by the Plaintiff, Anthony Rossetti, in CV2015-007382 on
June 18, 2015. On July 14, 2015, Judge Christopher Whitten consolidated CV2015-007382 with
CV2014-094173, assigned to Judge David Udall for all further proceedings. In the consolidated
case, Plaintiff Rossetti is now Defendant Rossetti.
The Court has reviewed Defendant Rossetti’s Application for Preliminary and Permanent

The Court has received and considered Defendant Anthony Rossetti’s Objection to
Subpoena in a Civil Case to TJM CPA, and the Plaintiff’s Response to the Objection.
THE COURT FINDS that Plaintiff agrees to limit the scope of the subpoena to only those
documents that are directly related to the Association, and not to Defendant’s personal entities.
With that understanding,
IT IS ORDERED denying Defendant Anthony Rossetti’s Objection to Subpoena in a
Civil Case to TJM CPA.
The Court has also received and considered Defendant Anthony Rossetti’s Objection to
Subpoena in a Civil Case to Metro Phoenix Bank, and the Plaintiff’s Response thereto.
