The Court has received Plaintiff Tanglewood HOA’s default packet for a lien foreclosure
and money judgment. The case was dismissed in full without prejudice on August 11, 2015. A
motion to reinstate the case was filed on December 7, 2015, but the motion was denied by Judge
Oberbillig on January 7, 2016.

THEREFORE,

IT IS ORDERED rejecting the default packet seeking judgment pursuant to
Ariz.R.Civ.P. 55(b)(2) because the case has been dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED signing this minute entry as a formal order of this Court.
