The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff’s Motion to Join Third Party. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff’s Motion all in accordance with the formal written
Order Joining Third Party signed by the Court on March 29, 2016 and filed (entered) by the
Clerk on March 29, 2016.

The Answer of Garnishee reflects that a third party, to wit: Margaret M. Vasquez, may
have an interest in the bank account that is subject to the writ of garnishment.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-1595,

1. Unless the third party requests a hearing within 20 days AFTER SERVICE OF THIS
ORDER UPON THE THIRD PARTY, the court shall assume that said third party has no legal
interest in the garnished funds or property in question. If there is no request for hearing, the court
may, on application of the Judgment Creditor ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF SERVICE
OF THIS ORDER ON THE THIRD PARTY, order that the Judgment Creditor have judgment
against the Garnishee for the amount of non-exempt funds or property it is holding.1

2. A hearing may be requested by completing a request for hearing form and mailing one
copy to this court at the following location:
