7.1(h) Good Faith Consultation Certificate indicating an attempt to confer with Defendants
regarding outstanding discovery requests. The Court will treat Plaintiff’s Motion as a Motion to
Compel Discovery. Defendants have not responded. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that Defendants shall provide their Rule 26.1 Initial Disclosure
Statement, and shall respond to all outstanding discovery requests no later than Monday, March
3, 2025. Failure to do so shall result in the Requests for Admissions being deemed admitted, and
a possible award of attorney’s fees.
