The Court has received and reviewed Plaintiff’s Motion to Continue on the Dismissal
Calendar, electronically filed on January 8, 2016. The Court’s Minute Entry of July 7, 2015
requires that the Plaintiff take action to have the bankruptcy stay lifted or demonstrate that they
are pursuing the claim in the Bankruptcy Court in adversary proceedings. It appears that
Plaintiff has not complied with that order. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED continuing this matter on the dismissal calendar through March 15,
2016 at which time it will be dismissed without prejudice unless good cause is established for
maintaining the matter on the Court’s calendar.
