LATER:
Having found that the transcript of the Judgment filed in this Court had already been
satisfied by the Judgment Debtor in her March payment,
THE COURT FINDS that the attorney’s fees and costs incurred by Judgment Creditor in
filing the transcript of the Judgment in this Court on June 17, 2014, and the subsequently
expended amounts were not reasonable. As stated on the record, the Court is not ruling on
whether the fees and costs expended in the litigation before the Justice Court were reasonable
and are awardable, as those issues would need to be raised before that court.
IT IS ORDERED denying the Application for Attorney Fees and Costs filed August 14,
2014.
