The Court has received and considered the Plaintiff’s Motion for the Appointment of an
Attorney for a Service member. With good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to 50 U.S.C. App §522 (d)(2) that William A. Richards, a
member of the State Bar of Arizona, is appointed to represented the interests of Defendants
Kevin D. Jenkins and Afiya Jenkins, in this action involving breach of contract and lien
foreclosure. Defendant Afiya Jenkins is a service member of the Air Force on active duty, and
was personally served on June 23, 2014 at 2020 Stirling Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant’s appointed counsel shall contact
Defendants in writing on or before October 15, 2014.
