representing Plaintiff Sundance Residential Homeowners Association Inc. Megan Guilford
FKA Martin is present on her own behalf.

Megan Guilford informs the Court that she filed bankruptcy in October 2015 and the
bankruptcy was dismissed in August 2016. Ms. Guilford states that she paid all HOA fees and is
current.
It is noted that attorney’s fees and costs are still owed. The Parties are willing to discuss
a payment plan. Ms. Guilford is contesting damages owed and attorney fees only.

IT IS ORDERED setting a Contested Hearing on Damages, Attorney Fees and Costs on
February 22, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. before Commissioner Margaret Benny, Southeast Facility,
Courtroom 303, 222 E Javelina Ave., Mesa AZ 85210.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties shall bring to the Clerk of this Division any
exhibits to be used at the hearing by 5:00 p.m. on February 16, 2017 or they will be precluded
from the hearing. All hearing exhibits shall be exchanged between the parties before that time.
No duplicate exhibits shall be presented for marking.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party has the continuing duty to make prompt
