Pursuant to the Order to Show Cause,
IT IS ORDERED setting Return Hearing on Order to Show Cause for February 1, 2019
at 2:00 p.m. (15 minutes allotted) on plaintiff’s Request for Preliminary and Permanent
Injunctions, filed October 15, 2018.
This is a return hearing only. No evidence will be taken unless the party or parties who
wish to oppose what is being requested fail to appear. The purpose of the hearing is to determine
a date for an evidentiary hearing, the amount of time that will be required, and other matters related
to that evidentiary hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for plaintiff must promptly serve notice of
