IT IS ORDERED correcting the Scheduling Order dated January 4, 2021 (filed January
5, 2021), page 2, paragraph 7, to replace “January 2, 2021” with: “February 4, 2021”.
To further clarify and specify, the sentence shall read:
Dispositive motions and trial: The parties shall file all dispositive motions by February
4, 2021. The parties propose a trial date of no later than 3/21/2022, and anticipate the
number of days of trial to be 5 days.
NOTE: The balance of the Scheduling Order dated January 4, 2021 remains unchanged
and is available for viewing at: http://www.courtminutes.maricopa.gov.
