The Court has reviewed and considered Plaintiff's Motion to Continue Case on the Court's
Dismissal Calendar, filed March 10, 2025.
THE COURT FINDS that Plaintiff has not established good cause for the relief that it
seeks. As justification for its request, Plaintiff offers the following vague statement: "The
Association is currently holding on to proceed to monitor for Board decision on the Defendant’s
settlement offer." Plaintiff does not further elaborate, and does not explain why the parties cannot
comply with court ordered deadlines and the deadlines in the rules of civil procedure.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion to Continue Case on the
Court's Dismissal Calendar.
